Goryoin (mausoleum stamps)
Goryoin are commemorative ink stamps given to those who visit the mausoleums of Japan’s successive emperors. All three goryoin can be stamped at the Furuichi Regional Office for the Imperial Mausolea and Tombs (part of the Imperial Household Agency), located in the Mausoleum of Emperor Ojin. (Free)
Goshuin (temple and shrine stamps)
Goshuin are commemorative ink stamps given to worshippers at temples and shrines. They can be received at any shrine or temple. (300 yen at each temple and shrine)
Special stamp boards and goshuincho for collecting goryoin and goshuin stamps are available for purchase at each of the temples and shrines (except Domyoji Temple).
