Ajidai Kamaboko
Osaka Kamaboko, made using the same traditional techniques since establishment
Each piece of kamaboko (fish cake) is painstakingly kneaded by hand using a traditional stone mortar and features Ajidai’s original flavors. Meanwhile, their tempuras are made using the same traditional method that has remained unchanged since the store’s establishment, and have an exceptionally rich flavor and plump texture. Try the “Bimi Neriten” (deep-fried fish cake), which is made from a blend of only the highest quality SA-rank fish paste, such as sea bream, cod, and pike conger, and can be enjoyed only here.
