The Domyoji steamed tilefish made with Domyoji-ko (glutinous rice flour) is an exquisite dish that can only be enjoyed in this area. Historically, it was served to Toyotomi Hideyoshi (1537–1598), the Tokugawa shogun’s family, and even the Imperial Court.
